Injinji Performance Products Pty Ltd delivers Australia wide utilising the services of Australia Post for Regular and Express Deliveries.
Orders placed for in-stock items after 10am will be dispatched the following business day at the latest.

Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery charges are dependant on the product being purchased. Standard delivery is FREE in most instances for items shipped anywhere in Australia. Refer to your shopping basket for confirmation of standard shipping cost of your item.
To ensure your orders are delivered both safe and secure, we recommend that you provide your work or other suitable daytime address to ensure someone is available to accept your order. You should also include a daytime phone number with your shipping details in case we need to contact you if there are any problems with delivery.

Standard delivery time is between 2-5 business days depending on your location.

Express Delivery

If you need your products delivered urgently, we can Express Post your order using Australia Post Express Network. Orders placed for in-stock items prior to 10am on any business day will be dispatched the same day.

Express delivery to capital city destinations is usually the following morning, otherwise outside metropolitan or regional areas is usually between 1-3 business days depending on your location.

The Express Delivery rates are variable depending on the dimensions and weight of your order. Therefore, we will email you an exact shipping price after your order is placed. Alternatively, you can request a shipping estimate via sales@injinji.com.au prior to placing your order.

International Orders

As international shipping costs vary widely throughout the world, we will email you an exact shipping price after your order is placed. Alternatively, you can request a shipping estimate via sales@injinji.com.au prior to placing your order. You will then have the option of completing your order should you accept the shipping charges or cancel your order. Delivery time is between 4 - 10 business days for in-stock items.

International shipments may be subject to various duties, taxes, broker and customs fees. Please be aware that these fees are entirely the responsibility of the customer and all such costs will be born by the customer.

Injinji Performance Products Pty Ltd will not be liable for any costs associated with the return of packages to us due to unexpected customs fees or the refusal of the package.
By completing an order with Injinji Performance Products Pty Ltd the customer agrees and authorises Injinji Performance Products Pty Ltd to charge any costs associated with duties, taxes, broker and customs fees to the customer's credit card should the customer not pay these fees at time of receipt of package.
